If you need a food hygiene certificate and are looking for the latest food safety course, we have a range of course dates and times; food safety level 2, level 3 food hygiene, delivered on Zoom.

The exam is completed online using remote invigilation. Certificates are recognised by MCA. You can book on to our Level 2 Food Safety courses up until the day before the course (and on the day of the course for our evening courses).

We do though need to book an exam place with Highfield; they can be fairly busy so we can normally book for the following week. So it’s worth booking in advance to get the exam you want to suit your time zone.
