Onboard Level 2 Award in Food Safety, Dubai
Exclusive Butler School provides intensive butler training courses, superyacht and chalet steward/ess interior courses and butler/hospitality Training
Exclusive Butler School contated us to arrange food safety training onboard their clients yacht in Dubai. To save on travel costs we ran two courses on consecutive days and arranged flights overnight to cut down on travel costs. 22 crew completed the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering on board, 11 per day.

Ethelbert Childrens Services
Level 2 Award in Food Safety Courses, Kent, UK
Ethelbert Childrens Services provide residential care and fostering services to children and young people who are unable to live with their own families.
Ethelbert Childrens Services approached us to deliver in-house Level 2 Award in Food Safety courses for their carers. We run regular courses at their training centre, with refresher training provided when required.

Worthing Pier Southern Pavilion was a new food business opening up
Worthing Pier`s Southern Pavilion had recently refurbished and wanted some advice on how to achieve a 5 star food hygiene rating. We carried out regular food safety audits, helped to set up and implement a food safety management system and provided a report of our findings and an action plan of suggested improvements. Level 1 – 3 Awards in Food Safety were carried out in-house for front of house employees, chefs and supervisors
Richard Bradley, Director of Worthing Pier: “We found Ford Training through an internet search and from our initial conversation Dave knew exactly what we were looking for as a new restaurant business. Dave carried out a food hygiene audit, wrote a report with recommendations and priorities and re-visited our premises to discuss his report. We found it easy to follow and logical. Dave also carried out a three hour level 1 award in food safety training session, which the staff found really useful and interesting. We were inspected the following week by EHO and were awarded 5 stars for our food hygiene rating!”
